Wellness area & jacuzzi
• For safety reasons, glassware and glass objects are strictly prohibited in the wellness areas or around the jacuzzi (plastic glasses are provided).
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the jacuzzi.
• A shower is available in the hammam next to the jacuzzi: a soapy shower is required before each use to remove creams, oils, and body residues and help maintain clean water.
• The jacuzzi temperature must not exceed 38°C.
• It is strictly forbidden to add anything to the jacuzzi water (essential oils, soaps, bubble bath, bath salts, scented products, or any other substances). These products immediately affect the water, clog the filters, and may require technical cleaning of the spa.

Exceptional cleaning
• If additional deep cleaning is required after your stay in the house or wellness areas (pet hair, stains, food, furniture, textiles, jacuzzi, filter, or filtration system), a €80 flat cleaning fee may be charged.
